The Housing Choice Voucher waiting list will open for one week on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 8:00 am and close on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 5:00 pm. This agency has Mod Rehab program and offer 14 one bedroom units and 4 two bedroom units that have rental assistance tied to them. When there is a vacancy, the landlord selects the eligible tenant and then they provide rental assistance while that family resides in the unit. Currently all the Mod Rehab units are occupied. They also have a Project Based Voucher program with 17 one bedroom units in an assisted living facility where they provide rental assistance to the tenant while they reside in the unit.
